I became licensed in March 2015 and in 2018 sold nearly $10M in sales as a solo agent. Exhausted and needing an outlet, I founded Gud Hand in late 2018. I balanced real estate and Gud Hand like pizza and beer, navigating the COVID and post-COVID years (2020–2022) in full-time roles for both. Today, I’ve scaled back on real estate to focus on Gud Hand while maintaining my license. Throughout my career, I’ve closed around 180 real estate transactions and bring this extensive expertise to my customers as an integral part of my service.

Requires a higher degree of integrity and performance in professional conduct. Realtors agree to conduct themselves – and abide by – the Code of Ethics in their real estate practice with clients and customers, the public and with other Realtors.
Fingerprint Clearance:
I have a valid fingerprint clearance card from the Department of Public Safety.
Although these are requirements for a Realtor, I bring these as additional qualifications as a Handyman Professional.

Being a producing Realtor like yourself I have a full understanding of the BINSR and how repairs should be completed. Not just completed, but finished with excellence. All repairs are supported with thorough documentation and clear pictures to ensure nothing will get held up at a final walk through prior to closing.
Don't have a contractor mechanical lockbox on the property, no worries, I have access to the ARMLS Supra Lockboxes. Additionally, you will be notified when I show up and punch out.
